Usage:

• Before starting with the CalExotics dilator set, consult your physician or gynecologist!
• First, set your environment to a relaxing mood and mentally prepare yourself for using the product. Relaxation is very important!
  Ensure that nobody will disturb you during use!

Suggested practice method:

• Always clean the product before use
• Get into a comfortable sitting or lying position, with a gentle spread
• Start the practice with the smallest vaginal dilator!
• Apply water-based lubricant to both the dilator and your vaginal opening
• Breathe calmly, then gently and slowly insert the dilator into your vagina
• Push only until it feels comfortable and not unpleasant.
• Keep the dilator in your vagina or at the vaginal entrance for a few minutes, wherever feels better
• Begin to move the dilator back and forth, but it is important not to pull the dilator out completely!
• Five times in a row, slowly and gently pull out and insert the dilator, then move the device in circles, first from right to left, then from left to right
• Repeat the movements 3-4 times, helping the vaginal wall to expand
• When finished, very slowly remove the dilator and relax for a few more minutes
• If the smallest dilator moves easily, your vaginal wall is ready to accommodate a larger dilator
• Repeat the same movements with increasingly larger dilators until you feel sufficient enlargement.
• Stretching exercises are recommended 2-4 times a week
