Controls:

Bottom button (power): hold to turn on the device and start the vibration; the display will light up. Short presses cycle through the vibration modes.
Top button (thermometer): hold to turn the heating function on/off. Short press to switch between the 2 heating levels.
+ and - buttons: adjust the vibration intensity.
For complete shutdown, hold both the thermometer and power buttons; the display will turn off.

Charging the product is exceptionally easy with the included USB cable.
The charging port is located at the top of the stimulator, under the "DC" label, with a small perforated circle requiring careful puncture for initial use.
